RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- All items delivered are non-refundable.
- If you received a damaged, rotten and contaminated product in any way, please take a photo of the product which clearly displays the damage along with the proof of purchase. Once we received your request and the assess of damage, then your replacement will be sent to you.
- If the product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative product for exchange.
- If the alternative product to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, then you have to top up the balance. But if the alternative product to exchange is of a lower price than the original purchase price, no refund for the difference.
- If our product arrived incorrectly, please contact our Customer Support Team within five (5) days of delivery include a photo and your order number to return back to us.
- All product to be returned within three (3) days after received and must be returned with all labels still intact in its original packaging.
- All postage charges for returned are to be borne by seller.
